課程概述

（一） 課程大綱：
本課程授予學生有關傳統與新興之家畜生殖技術，授課內容包括：1. 家畜之同期發情與超級排卵技術。2. 家畜卵之體外成熟與體外受精技術。3. 家畜胚之體外培養技術。4. 家畜配子（卵與精子）及胚之冷凍保存技術。5. 家畜胚之無性增殖技術。 6. 家畜胚之移置技術。7. 家畜胚之基因轉殖技術。8. 家畜之性別控制技術。 產之關係，分別詳加介紹，令學生對於家禽之生理生化能有更深入之瞭解，俾日後能學以致用，開創提升家禽生產效能之新技術。

 

課程目標
 加強學生對家畜禽之生殖生理及生殖科技之了解，增加單位家畜族群之畜禽生產量，以解決人口漸增之食肉來源及糧食可能短缺問題。
